Better Light Windows Software - ViewFinder 7.1 for (SCSI) Windows 98, ME, Win 2000 & NT, and Windows XP.
Includes FIRMWARE UPDATER 4.14.

The 7.1 software release was the original version to operate with the new HS-series USB control boxes as well as the previous SCSI units. (See Release Notes included in .ZIP file or downloaded separately below). Basic Panoramic functions were added as of version 6.2, and this version includes an improved drawing engine for faster, cleaner prescan updates, new controls, and improved auto retrieve and auto open functions.

The download ZIP file also contains FIRMWARE UPDATERS 4.14 for SCSI units and version 5.03 for USB HS-series units. This updater should be used for proper operation with ViewFinder 7.1.

The Repro Curves are included in recent versions of the ViewFinder Tone Curve menu. Using the Repro curves will assure an accurate reproduction of the full tone scale and minimize the need and importance of making subjective decisions on tone from the monitor preview.
